Aquí encontrarás una guía para saber cómo usar la sales de forma general y el ritual de meditación específico con cada piedra.
Las sales se pueden utilizar de tres formas, en baño, ducha, o bien solo en la zona plantar (pies).

Salts can be used in three ways: in the bath, shower, or just on the plantar area (feet)..
CÓMO USAR LAS SALES
TANTO SI LO VAS USAR EN BAÑERA,O DUCHA SIGUE LOS PASOS Y TE IREMOS INDICANDO LA DIFERENCIA.
WHETHER YOU ARE GOING TO USE IT IN THE BATH OR SHOWER, FOLLOW THE STEPS AND WE WILL TELL YOU THE DIFFERENCE.
PASO 1
Prepara tu ritual con tu vela favorita en el baño.
Abre tu ritual de sales espirituales: dentro encontrarás las sales con su hiervas y una bolsa para infusionar con hierbas enteras, dos tarjetas y las piedras minerales correspondientes.
STEP 1
Prepare your ritual with your favorite candle in the bathroom.
Open your spiritual salt ritual: inside you’ll find the salts with their herbs and an infusion bag with whole herbs, two cards, and the corresponding mineral stones.

Saca las tarjetas con tus regalos y en una de ellas tendrás acceso a esta página con la meditación correspondiente, más abajo la tienes.

PASO 2 (reserva la bolsa para infusionar)
EN BAÑERA: suelta las sales en agua templada del paquete, con 100gr puedes servirte para cada ritual.
EN DUCHA: suelta las sales del paquete en un barreño donde habrá al menos 1 litro de agua templada.
EN LOS PIES toma de tierra: suelta las sales del paquete al agua en una palancana o barreño.
STEP 2 (save the bag for infusion)
IN THE BATH: Discard the salts from the packet into the warm water. You can use 100g for each ritual.
IN THE SHOWER: Discard the salts from the packet into a basin containing at least 1 liter of warm water.
FOR THE FEET: Ground the salts from the packet into the water in a basin or tub.
PASO 3
Busca la meditación que te corresponda con el ritual que tengas, abajo están todas, coge la bolsa para infusionar que tiene las piedras y haz lo siguiente:
RITUAL AMOR-CHAKRA CORAZÓN-
Bañera: contigo dentro la bolsa la sitúas en tu corazón, el agua debe de mojar la bolsa,escucha la meditación y relájate dejando que aquello que duela, salga, sin limite disfruta de ello hasta que termine.
EN DUCHA: mete los pies en el barreño, previa con la sal infusiona con la bolsita, escucha la meditación, siente y suelta aquello que necesites y si quieres puedes echar el agua del barreño por encima tuyo como un barrido energético, a continuación duchate normal.
EN LOS PIES TOMA TIERRA: exactamente por igual que en la ducha pero no hace falta el barrido, es opcional puede reforzar pero es opcional.
RITUAL CALMA- haz todos los pasos iguales que en el ritual anterior, pero la bolsa para infusionar debe de estar en el tercer ojo, zona medial de la frente.
RITUAL ENERGIA SOLAR- haz todos los pasos iguales que en el ritual anterior, pero la bolsa para infusionar debe de estar en el plexo solar, zona central de tu estómago.
RITUAL LIMPIEZA AÚRICA- haz todos los pasos iguales que en el ritual anterior, pero la bolsa para infusionar debe de estar en sexto chakra, zona corona de tu cabeza.
RITUAL CAMINOS ABIERTOS- haz todos los pasos iguales que en el ritual anterior, pero la bolsa para infusionar debe de estar en su chakra raíz, por debajo de tu ombligo.
UNA VEZ TERMINADO LAS PIEDRAS PUEDEN VOLVERSE A USAR EN OTRO RITUAL,POR ESO EN LA BOLSA DE INFUSIONAR RETIRA UNA PARTE DE LAS HIERBAS PARA TU PRÓXIMO RITUAL, (PARA 500G, Y 250GR).
STEP 3
Find the meditation that corresponds to your ritual; they’re all listed below. Take the infusion bag containing the stones and do the following:
LOVE-HEART CHAKRA RITUAL
Bath: With the bag inside, place it on your heart. The water should wet the bag. Listen to the meditation and relax, allowing whatever hurts to come out. Enjoy it without limits until it’s over.
IN THE SHOWER: Put your feet in the basin, first add the salt and infuse it with the bag, listen to the meditation, feel and release whatever you need. If you want, you can pour the water from the basin over yourself as an energetic sweep, then take a normal shower.
GROUND YOUR FEET: Exactly the same as in the shower, but the sweeping isn’t necessary. It’s optional. You can strengthen it, but it’s optional.
CALM RITUAL – follow all the same steps as in the previous ritual, but the infusion bag should be placed on the third eye, in the medial area of the forehead.
SOLAR ENERGY RITUAL – follow all the same steps as in the previous ritual, but the infusion bag should be placed on the solar plexus, in the central area of your stomach.
AURIC CLEANSING RITUAL – follow all the same steps as in the previous ritual, but the infusion bag should be placed on the sixth chakra, in the crown of your head.
OPEN PATHS RITUAL – follow all the same steps as in the previous ritual, but the infusion bag should be placed on your root chakra, below your navel.
ONCE FINISHED, THE STONES CAN BE USED AGAIN IN ANOTHER RITUAL, SO IN THE INFUSION BAG, REMOVE A PORTION OF THE HERBS FOR YOUR NEXT RITUAL (FOR 500G AND 250G).
